Being BKL: Inclusion

Being BKL means being diverse and inclusive. Our people flourish in an environment where everyone is supported. When our team grows, so does our business – which means our clients benefit as well.

We’re proud of what BKL has achieved in the past few years, and keen to share what we’ve learned with anyone thinking about inclusion in their own organisation. That’s why we’re pleased to share Being BKL, featuring:

  • Our Managing Partner and People (HR) Director, Lee and Wendy, discussing BKL’s progress and plans
  • Top tips for inclusion at work from Leng Montgomery, Senior Consultant at Charlotte Sweeney Associates
  • An insight into Mosaic, BKL’s inclusion forum, from three of its members: Bhavik, Lekhrani and Roze
  • How we work with social mobility charity LTSB (Leadership Through Sport & Business)
