In business, people often talk about the big picture. There’s no bigger picture than the environment and the future of our planet.
We recognise our potential to do good for the environment in both small and large ways. We’ve reduced our carbon footprint by offsetting our direct and indirect greenhouse gas emissions (Scope 1, Scope 2, calculated Scope 3). We’re supporting accredited projects to bring fuel-efficient Toyola cooking stoves to Nigerian households and increase wind power supply in China’s Zhangbei County. In becoming a greener business, we’re helping to change lives.
In our office, as well as the obvious (recycling bins), you’ll find:
- Instant boiling water taps
- Reusable water bottles and coffee cups for everyone who works here, eliminating single-use plastic cups
- Energy-efficient equipment – screens, lighting, air conditioning system – added during our refurbishment in 2020
- Follow-Me printing, eliminating the waste from print jobs sent in error
We’re also pleased to say that this website is hosted in a data centre that uses 100% green sourced power.
