Juliette is an internationally experienced senior finance professional with a background in professional services and industry. She specialises in strategic financial management and business & finance transformation, with significant experience managing and developing finance teams.
Juliette’s experience includes:
- Business & strategic planning: budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and modelling
- Operational finance: mentoring and building teams, financial governance, cashflow and credit risk management
- Finance function transformation: people, process, and system change management
- Electronic payments management: acquirer contracts, fraud management, settlement and reconciliations
Juliette started her career with Ernst & Young in London where she qualified and worked as an audit manager advising a variety of clients, from SME to International PLC groups, principally in consumer products, hotel, travel, and pharmaceutical industries.
She moved to Industry in Business Finance (for the International Air Transport Association in Geneva), followed by Finance Director roles in Dubai for the Emirates Group, managing the finance functions in 38 countries, leading international finance teams as well as delivering strategic finance functions to the entire Group.
In addition to the UK, Juliette is qualified in Switzerland and France. She also has significant project management experience and is Scaled Agile and Prince2 certified.
More recently, Juliette was a Portfolio Finance Director at CFPro Sarl, supporting the start of the Swiss subsidiary. Juliette joined BKL in 2023 when CFPro became part of BKL.
Juliette lives in France and enjoys swimming, skiing, playing the saxophone, and reading.
