We’re pleased to announce the appointment of two new partners in our audit team: Nick Bishop and Geeta Morgan. Both are experts in working with FCA authorised entities and other financial services businesses: one of BKL’s specialist sectors.
About Nick
Nick Bishop has been at BKL since 2013, when he joined as an audit and accounts senior. During his career at the firm, he has developed specialisms in financial services businesses, including fintech companies, and the auditing of large and complex groups.
Nick’s appointment is testament to BKL’s commitment that everyone at BKL who has the ability, aspiration and engagement will be given support to reach management and ultimately partner level.
About Geeta
Geeta Morgan comes to BKL with over 15 years of experience in senior audit roles at leading accountancy firms. Her career has included BDO, Grant Thornton and most recently Mazars.
Geeta’s specialist experience of auditing financial services entities includes private equity, real estate funds, banks and asset managers. She is also a Chartered Tax Adviser, a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment and a member of the International Compliance Association.
With Geeta and Nick’s appointments, BKL now has 22 partners: the highest number we’ve had to date. In growing the firm at leadership level, we are continuing to build a sustainable, inclusive business that provides high-quality, personalised service to a growing number of businesses, especially in the complex specialist area of financial services audits.
