‘The Sunday Times reports that housebuilders are expecting the Chancellor to announce a boost to mortgage support schemes next week.
According to the Home Builders Federation (HBF), an extension to the New Buy scheme is likely to be announced in the Budget. The HBF has also called for an extension to First Buy, which is due to close in 2014.’
