London Office Market Booming

‘Nearly £14bn of office buildings in Central London were sold in 2012 in the strongest year for the capital’s property investment market since 2007, according to new research.

The research found that £13.8bn of property changed hands last year, up from £9.6bn in 2011 and higher than the ten-year average of £10.8bn. Foreign buyers accounted for 70% of the turnover.’
