Luxury London Sales Slow

‘New Land Registry figures show that sales of luxury homes in London have stuttered since March.

Sales of houses worth more than £2m fell almost a third to 262 during the three months to October, compared to a year earlier. The FT speculates that the recent stamp duty increases on houses worth more than £2m are the cause.’
