With over 15 years specialising in IHT, UK and offshore trusts, and estates/probate matters, I bring a practical, measured approach to issues that often combine technical detail with sensitive personal circumstances. I focus on simplifying complexity, anticipating risks, and ensuring clients understand their options clearly. My experience across both planning and compliance means I’m able to see the whole picture and tailor solutions that are robust, realistic and client‑focused.

As Head of IHT, Trusts and Estates and Head of Legal Practice, I lead our specialist tax and legal offering in these areas, including heading up BKL’s probate business. My role involves guiding clients through some of their most technically challenging and personally significant decisions while ensuring the highest standards of compliance and professional practice.

I joined BKL in February 2024 after almost six years at a Big Four firm. Before that, I spent a decade working exclusively in IHT, trusts and estates roles, building deep expertise across both UK and offshore structures.
