This year we’re celebrating a milestone for the firm. Back in 1980, Brian Berg started his own accounting business: Brian Berg & Co, in a one-room office on Regent’s Street in London.
40 years later, we’ve grown in size (to over 150 staff), changed our name (more than once) and settled in a more spacious main office, but are just as dedicated to our clients: building relationships with them, understanding their ambitions and helping them to thrive, just as they help us.

As well as reflecting on our history, we’re looking to the future. To ensure we’re moving forward with technology, this year we launched a new filesharing system for clients and upgraded our phone system to Microsoft Teams. We’re also having a major office refurbishment that will make BKL an even smarter place for working and for building relationships as we enter our fifth decade.
We’re grateful to everyone who has been part of our success over our first 40 years – clients, contacts and colleagues, past and present – and we’re looking forward to all the opportunities in the decades ahead.
