BKL has advised the management team on the buy-out of Trillium Associates Limited from the founders of the business.
Trillium Associates is a leading independent recruitment consultancy. The firm is based in Cambridge but operates on a national scale, with offices in Bristol, Exeter and London. They specialise in supplying the construction, technical and building services sectors.
The management team, led by Job Eghobamien, will be focusing on developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates alike as the business grows. Funding for the MBO was provided by ABN Commercial Finance.
BKL provided financial modelling and corporate finance advisory services to the management team.
