Keeping Wealth in the Family: How a Family Investment Company Can Preserve, Protect and Grow Family Wealth
Wednesday 14 October | 1pm-2pm
Your clients are increasingly asking the same question: how can they pass wealth to the next generation without giving up control?
Against a backdrop of ongoing tax uncertainty and an increasing focus on succession planning, many clients are exploring ways to preserve family wealth, protect assets and support future generations while retaining flexibility and control. As a trusted adviser, you’re often the first person clients turn to for guidance on these matters.
Join us for a practical webinar designed specifically for IFAs. We’ll explore how Family Investment Companies (FICs) can form part of a wider wealth planning strategy and help you identify opportunities for clients who are concerned about intergenerational wealth transfer, asset protection and potential future tax changes.
We’ll cover:
- What a Family Investment Company is and when it may be appropriate
- Common client scenarios and practical structuring examples
- How FICs can complement broader succession and estate planning arrangements
- The practicalities and ongoing responsibilities of operating an FIC
Whether you advise business owners, entrepreneurs, family offices or high-net-worth individuals, this webinar will provide practical insights to support more informed client conversations and help uncover valuable planning opportunities.
