We’re delighted that BKL tax manager Sam Inkersole has been named in the Accountancy Age 35 Under 35 for 2022.
This follows Sam winning Taxation’s Rising Star at the Tolley’s Taxation Awards in May 2022.
The Accountancy Age 35 Under 35 ‘seeks to highlight the rising stars of the accountancy profession, featuring those who have made great professional contributions to the field and their individual firms.’
Jon Wedge, BKL’s Head of Audit & Assurance, has previously featured in the 35 Under 35.
About Sam
Sam Inkersole joined BKL as an audit trainee in 2015. He pursued a passion for tax by moving teams and was promoted to tax manager in 2021. He completed the CIOT CTA exams with first-time passes, including one of the country’s highest marks for the Taxation of Major Corporates paper.
Sam has taken on family investment companies (FICs) and cryptoasset tax as specialist areas, writing articles and speaking at webinars on these topics.
He also supports junior colleagues across BKL in getting to grips with UK tax complexities – so successfully that he has inspired others to take the CTA.
Sam says: “A massive surprise to have been included in Accountancy Age’s 35 Under 35!
A big thank you to BKL for all the support so far in my career.”
We congratulate Sam on this excellent recognition of his personal dedication and success, his commitment to building strong client relationships and the high esteem he fosters among colleagues.
