Craig leads the tax team at Wilson Wright, who joined with BKL in 2024 to become our City of London office. His knowledge covers all areas of taxation, enabling him to expertly guide clients through highly technical personal, corporate, and international matters with ease, while offering innovative and commercially-sound solutions.
His specific areas of expertise include domestic and international structuring and restructuring for both business and private clients, HMRC dispute resolution, and support to ultra-high-net worth individuals on all aspects of their taxation affairs.
He has a further specialism in mergers and acquisitions, having led the tax aspects of countless transactions at all deal price levels and supporting business owners, CFOs and legal tax partners alike.
Craig is skilled at translating extremely complicated tax legislation into easily understood language, remembers the most obscure legislation and case law, and works with an honesty that both clients and colleagues respect.
Craig is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and the Association of Tax Technicians.
