Greg is a change-maker who is passionate about applying design thinking and agile methodologies to HR.
As part of the business’s senior leadership team, the leader of our People & Culture team and an approachable collaborator with colleagues across BKL, he works to co-create human-centric, innovative, and effective routes to our shared goals.
Joining BKL in 2023, Greg brings over a decade of experience. His diverse background spans diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), employer brand, culture and communication. He has led successful initiatives in both private equity and as a FTSE 100 leader.
Greg’s work at BKL has included co-creating a new people & culture strategy for our growing organisation; and developing new family friendly policies to ensure that BKL as an employer is doing the right thing.
