As our Early Careers Manager, Hollie has a vital role in supporting our accounts, audit and tax trainees as they begin and advance their careers at BKL.
Hollie is passionate about helping people reach their full potential. An established member of our business services team, she created and developed her role with a commitment to giving talented young people the best experience in a changing tech-driven industry: from their assessment day to their interview to their first day and beyond. Hollie works closely with colleagues to help our trainees embrace their journeys and develop into well-rounded advisers.
In leading BKL’s relationship with cloud accounting app Silverfin, Hollie has also played an essential part in helping to align and refine our processes as we support our clients’ growth.
Combined with her roles in our Change & Culture Forum and social committee, Hollie is making a highly valued contribution to the life of BKL as we grow together.
Hollie was recognised as a rising star in the accounting industry at the 2024 Digital Disruptor Awards, as well as being nominated in the 2024 Kaplan Apprenticeship Awards.
