Jennifer has over two decades of specialist experience in tax risk & dispute resolution. She is CTA qualified and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
She has handled a range of complex tax investigations and enquiries for both personal and corporate clients such as investigations under Code of Practice 8 (tax avoidance) and Code of Practice 9 (suspected serious fraud), tax return enquiries and compliance checks. She also advises clients who want to voluntarily disclose tax irregularities to HMRC.
In addition to this, Jennifer advises clients on issues relating to tax debt. This includes negotiating Time to Pay Arrangements with HMRC and their use of enforcement powers.
Jennifer joined Wilson Wright in 2023. She became part of BKL when our two businesses came together in 2024.
