Kate is a chartered tax adviser who specialises in advising businesses and their owners. She works for a wide range of clients, including companies, LLPs and partnerships.

- Tax-efficient structuring for UK and international businesses
- Transfer pricing
- Due diligence
Kate also has significant experience working with private equity structures and professional service firms.
Through working closely with clients, Kate ensures that they stay up to date with their tax compliance obligations and are aware of tax planning opportunities and changes to the tax legislation that may affect them.
Building on her several years of experience at UK Top 10 accounting firms, in 2016 Kate joined Wilson Wright, who came together with BKL in 2024 to become our City of London office.
