Vicki is a Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAS) with expertise in financial reporting, budgeting and treasury, in publicly listed and privately owned companies.

- Management and responsibility for financial reporting processes at a publicly listed design & engineering consultancy
- Financial controller of business operations for a well-known social fundraising website
- Audit experience at a Big Four firm, supporting clients including publicly listed film studios and a BVI-based property investment fund
Vicki works closely with finance teams, board members and wider businesses. She helps to lead organisations through challenging situations, influencing them to approach change positively.
In 2019 Vicki joined CFPro’s team of commercial financial specialists and fractional CFOs. She became part of BKL when our two firms merged in 2023.
