Data sub-processors

As referred to in our privacy policy for this website, this is a list of third-party organisations that:

(a) Maintain a formal Data Sharing Agreement with us to use your personal data solely for the purposes of delivering services to you, and/or
(b) Act as data processors to us and which we use for specific activities related to the operation of our organisation and the provision of its services

*Denotes our use of software which includes Artificial Intelligence (AI). We do not use AI in any way which breaches our duty of confidentiality to you and will only use such functionality with reasonable skill and care in accordance with the usual duties of care owed by professional accountants to their clients. If a client does not wish us to use AI software in the services we provide, they should contact us immediately. Please note that refusing to permit our use of AI may have an impact on the services that we are able to provide to you, or our ways of working, or both.

All data sub-processors above have been subject to formal due diligence assessments, which includes checking that all processing locations are covered by (a) a UK adequacy decision or (b) UK-EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC), and that appropriate technical and organisational safeguards are implemented to keep data secure.
