Throughout his career, Jake has developed his specialism in the property and construction sector: as a trainee auditing large property groups; working hands-on with property investment portfolios via family offices; as a financial director for a property company; and building his experience as a director and partner at accountancy firm Landau Baker, who merged with BKL in 2023.
Jake understands that with an enduring belief in property as an asset, there come a variety of marketplace challenges for investors, developers and traders at all scales. He and our specialist property team advise residential and commercial clients on tax-efficient structuring and strategic growth, helping them to manage their risks and turn their ambitions into reality.

When he’s not spending time with his wife and two children, or managing the under-11 football team (living his football career vicariously!), Jake loves watching American football and tries to find the time to play golf. He can also be found clocking the miles on his Peloton.
