As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Neill’s focus is BKL’s sustainable business growth.
Neill works closely with our CEO Lee Brook and other senior leadership colleagues. His financial and strategic insights drive BKL’s ambitious growth plans, benefiting our clients and our people in a competitive market.
Neill joined BKL in 2024, during our first financial year as a business backed by investment from private equity firm CBPE. Neill’s career in finance spans over 25 years. As CFO at Away Resorts, he oversaw financial performance, planning, and reporting, as well as the management of the finance team and broader responsibilities such as legal compliance, IT and data analytics. He helped to lead the business’s multisite growth through mergers and acquisitions, product innovation and PE investment, as well as overcoming the challenges of the pandemic.
Away from work, Neill enjoy watching sport, playing golf, cooking and travelling with his family.
