We’re delighted that Ian Marcus spoke at our property seminar and networking event on 27 June.

Ian is a leading figure in the real estate sector with over 30 years’ experience in banking and property. He established Credit Suisse First Boston’s Real Estate Group in 1999 and became Managing Director and Chairman of the European Real Estate Investment Banking. He’s also worked for Bank of America, UBS, NatWest and Bankers Trust/Deutsche.

Ian has held senior roles on the Bank of England Commercial Property Forum, the British Property Federation, the Investment Property Forum and the Prince’s Regeneration Trust.

His expertise continues to be widely valued. Current roles include Senior Consultant to Eastdil Secured and Wells Fargo Securities, Senior Independent Director for Secure Income REIT and Non-Executive Director for Town Centre Securities Plc.

Ian is also Chairman of the European Advisory Board of the Wharton Business School of Real Estate Faculty, an Eminent Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Crown Estate Commissioner and a member of the Chartered Surveyors Livery Company.
