Myfanwy Beynon-Pollitt, Chief Governance & Sustainability Officer  – BKL

Myfanwy Beynon‑Pollitt is Chief Governance & Sustainability Officer at BKL, a UK Top 40 accountancy firm that became a Certified B Corporation in 2022. In this role, she leads BKL’s governance and sustainability agenda, overseeing the integration of environmental, social and governance (ESG) considerations into strategy, operations and client engagement.

Her work focuses on providing ESG guidance that helps companies operate and grow with sustainability and good business at the forefront. A Chartered Accountant, she brings together deep financial, audit and advisory experience with sustainability leadership, supporting organisations to address ESG challenges in a practical and commercially grounded way.

Alongside her role at BKL, she is a member of the ICAEW Sustainability Committee and the DFK International ESG & Sustainability Committee, and holds a qualification from the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL). She regularly speaks at external panels and professional forums on governance, ESG and B Corp certification, sharing insights from BKL’s experience of becoming a B Corp and embedding sustainability into decision‑making and long‑term business resilience.

 

Keziah Watt, General Counsel and Company Secretary – Ten Lifestyle 

Keziah Watt is General Counsel and Company Secretary at Ten Lifestyle Group plc (AIM: TENG), the global concierge technology platform driving customer loyalty for financial institutions and other premium brands. She leads the Group’s legal and governance functions across Ten’s international operations.

Keziah was involved in Ten’s journey to becoming a certified B Corp in 2023 and is part of the company’s ESG Working Group. Ten was the first B Corp-certified company on AIM.

 

Rachel Moseley, Director, Sustainable and Responsible Business – LSEG – Moderator 

Rachel Moseley is the Director of Sustainability Strategy and Engagement at LSEG, she leads on Group-wide engagement around sustainability, embedding the strategy into all areas of the business.

Before joining LSEG in 2021, Rachel held a range of sustainability and corporate responsibility roles at Refinitiv, Thomson Reuters and Business in the Community where she led environmental strategies, established global community engagement programmes, produced annual sustainability reporting and activated charitable partnerships.

Prior to this, she has worked in asset services roles at Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan. Rachel has an MSc in Sustainable Business and is a board director of the United Nations Global Compact UK network.
