BKL is delighted to announce that William Aylward has joined as a specialist in Mergers & Acquisitions, enhancing the firm’s offering to privately owned businesses and their owners on corporate finance transactions.
William is highly experienced in negotiating and executing deals, fostering long-term relationships with forward-looking businesses in all sectors. His career in private equity and corporate finance has spanned North America, mainland Europe and the UK, including roles at Deloitte, Evelyn Partners and Oaklins.
William specialises in leading M&A processes from planning to completion for midmarket businesses. He also has extensive experience advising distressed, asset-heavy, and early-stage companies. As a senior member of BKL’s corporate finance team, he will work closely with the firm’s specialists in transaction tax, fractional CFO support, deal advisory and technical accounting to provide businesses with a comprehensive, full-suite offering.
