BKL shortlisted for British Accountancy Awards

London-based Chartered Accountants and Specialist Tax Consultants, BKL, are delighted to have been shortlisted for another prestigious national accolade for their efforts in driving the practice forward over the past year.  This will be their third listing as Award finalists in as many months. BKL is one of eight firms shortlisted for the British Accountancy Awards 2014’s Mid-Tier Firm of the Year, with the final decision to be announced at an awards dinner in Central London on 25 November.

The award focuses on ways in which the firm consistently delivers a great service to its clients; encourages and develops its people; uses innovation to keep ahead of the curve; and supports the local community.  This coincides with a glowing report from their 2014 Investors in People review, following the firm’s continual commitment to make the firm a really great place to work.

Jeff Hartstone, managing partner at BKL, said “We’ve achieved so much, just over the past 12 months as part of our strategy for growing and developing the practice, that it’s great for our efforts to be recognised by our peers at a national level.  We’re especially delighted to have been shortlisted alongside some much larger firms, making this a fantastic marker to start the next phase of our growth plans.”
