Amanda specialises in:
Tax and Social Security Advisory: Supporting decision making on employee moves by analysing UK and international tax and social security implications, treaty positions, employer obligations, and employee impacts.
Risk and Compliance Management: Helping organisations identify and manage risks such as permanent establishment exposure, business traveller compliance, tax reporting, social security and global payroll requirements.
Policy, Governance & Process Design: Advising on mobility policies, cost projections, process frameworks, and operational models that ensure mobility programmes are consistent, fair, effective and efficient.
Stakeholder Support: Acting as a partner to client internal teams to provide practical guidance, scenario modelling, and day to day support as mobility needs arise across their organisation.
Employee Experience: Ensuring moves are not only compliant but also smooth for employees, translating complex technical matters into clear, actionable advice that helps people understand the impact of a move.
Prior to joining BKL in 2026 as our Head of Global Mobility, Amanda spent her career at Big Four accountancy firms and BDO, and also in industry. This gives her a unique perspective together with a deep technical and holistic understanding that is invaluable to our clients.
Outside of work, Amanda enjoys travelling, walking and sewing.
