David brings a wealth of experience in mergers & acquisitions (M&A) to BKL, working with our senior leadership team to drive our strategic growth across the UK.
He spent his early career in Canada, leading acquisitions in North and South America, before moving to the UK in 2022. David’s experience in large multinational organisations – including Big Four accountancy firms and private-equity-backed SMEs – enables him to have comprehensive insights into key challenges and opportunities within M&A, as well as complex integrations.
His sector focus is primarily professional services, with many successful acquisitions and integrations completed across accounting, management consulting, technology consulting and more.
