James has 20+ years’ experience operating in a variety of senior commercial finance roles in AIM Listed, PE backed, start-up, and growth businesses. James has considerable experience in commercial finance matters, including systems, audit, business planning, management reporting, forecasting, fund-raise support, distress situations, restructuring, transaction support, and mentoring and managing teams. James specially enjoys working with SME businesses to help them navigate through the challenges of growth.
James joined CFPro in 2019, which became part of BKL in 2023.
Away from work, James is a keen investor in stocks and shares, and actively enjoys sports, travel and spending time with his family.
