Lucy is an experienced senior finance professional with extensive UK and international IPO advisory and audit experience.
She’s passionate about working with ambitious, fast-growing companies to realise their potential, building strong teams and stakeholder relationships in the process.
Lucy has a deep understanding of a business’s growth journey from startup through to scaleup and eventual exit. Across a range of sectors, she has advised boards, owners and management teams on preparing to go public, including advice on corporate governance, financial reporting, controls and risk.

From her accountancy training with PwC, Lucy has progressed through audit and capital markets transaction roles, to specialist and high-profile business development roles, including within the London Stock Exchange Group. More recently, she was Business Development Director at CFPro, helping to drive its success as a trusted partner to growing businesses with strategic goals. Lucy joined BKL as a director in 2023 when CFPro became part of BKL.
Lucy is also a Trustee of the charity The Friends of Richmond Park.
