Taking a perceptive, thorough approach, Myfanwy builds strong relationships in the property industry and a range of other sectors. She blends a grasp of the details with an understanding of the bigger picture: for each client, she is dedicated to making a difference.
Myfanwy’s experience covers a variety of tax, accounting, audit advisory and commercial issues. She gives guidance to family groups with large property portfolios, overseas companies who own UK property and other property businesses.
Myfanwy also enjoys giving ESG (environmental, social and governance) guidance, helping companies to operate and grow with sustainability and good business at the forefront. Our Head of Governance and Sustainability, she has a Cambridge Institute of Sustainable Leadership (CISL) qualification and is a member of the ICAEW Sustainability Committee and the DFK International ESG & Sustainability Committee.

Eleanor Mills is a multi-award-winning editor, journalist, and author, as well as a passionate diversity advocate and entrepreneur. Over the course of her distinguished career, she has become one of the UK’s most influential voices on gender, media, and cultural change.
She is the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of noon.org.uk, a pioneering platform created to empower women in midlife and beyond. Eleanor affectionately calls this community of women “Queenagers” – a term that reclaims and celebrates the richness, confidence, and vitality of life after forty. Noon is dedicated to dismantling gendered ageism and reshaping the cultural narrative around later life, reframing it not as decline but as a stage brimming with opportunity, wisdom, and joy.
Her work at Noon builds on decades of experience at the forefront of British journalism, where she has consistently championed underrepresented voices and challenged outdated stereotypes. Eleanor’s mission is to ensure that women in midlife are seen, heard, and valued – not sidelined.

Applying her deep knowledge of personal and business tax, Emma works with owner managed businesses at every stage of their lifecycle. This includes restructuring, mergers & acquisitions and incentive schemes for key members of staff.
Through her pragmatic commercial advice, Emma prioritises clients’ best interests. Her attention to detail, and her skill at explaining complex technical matters, make her a trusted adviser to businesses from technology and media to recruitment and pharmaceutical businesses.
Emma also oversees the running of our tax team, covering a huge range of expertise in personal, corporate and international taxes.
