As part of our corporate finance team, Mendy gives clients specialised support on valuations, mergers and acquisitions. He works closely with SMEs and owner-managed businesses of all sizes and across a wide variety of sectors, guiding them through complex financial dealings.
Mendy grew up in the US before moving to the UK, giving him an international perspective to bring to clients with overseas operations. He gained experience in corporate finance at FSPG, joining BKL when our two firms merged in 2022.
Mendy is also on our events organising committee, helping to bring our growing firm together throughout the year.
